About Victoria M. Brantley,

Victoria M. Brantley’s journey is a powerful testament to resilience, faith, compassion, and the transformative impact of serving others. A proud mother to her son, Zion, Victoria is a Central Florida native and a graduate of Colonial High School, where she proudly embraces the motto, “It is great to be a Grenadier.”

In 2011, Victoria made the courageous decision to pursue higher education at Everest University while navigating the challenges of being a single, working mother and full-time student. Despite the obstacles she faced, she remained committed to personal growth, education, and community service. During her academic journey, Victoria became deeply involved in leadership and service, earning the honor of being elected President of the Student Government Council and serving with the Igniter Ambassadors’ Leadership Student Council. Through these roles, she organized community outreach initiatives and developed the leadership foundation that continues to guide her work today.

In 2015, Victoria graduated with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Psychology. Her personal experiences, combined with her education, strengthened her passion for advocacy, mentorship, and helping individuals overcome barriers to success. Believing that true leadership requires action, Victoria used her own story of perseverance and transformation to empower others.

She founded Crown & Cupcakes, LLC, a mentoring initiative focused on adolescent girls, providing self-development, confidence-building, and cognitive life skills designed to help young women recognize their value and purpose. Her passion for restoration also led her to serve women returning home after incarceration, providing case management, support, and guidance to assist with successful reintegration into society.

As a dedicated mother, community advocate, and servant leader, Victoria continues to balance family, entrepreneurship, and community impact. Her commitment to service has included feeding elderly community members, mentoring youth, facilitating life skills programs, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to rebuild their lives.

In 2020, Victoria was recognized as a “Mompreneur of the Year” by Lip-gloss & Real Estate and honored by Dress for Success Greater Orlando for her dedication to empowering women personally, professionally, and economically. Today, she serves as a Board Member and Career Services Director, where she helps individuals access resources, develop essential life skills, and pursue educational and career opportunities, with a strong focus on teen prevention, advocacy, and empowerment.

Victoria’s resilience has been shaped through overcoming adversity and turning challenges into opportunities to serve others. She is a two-time published author, first as a contributing author in Not Just Another Story but Her Story, where her chapter “Heartbroken to Outspoken” shares her personal journey of overcoming hardship, and later as the author of Journaling for H.E.R., a 21-day devotional designed to provide readers with reflection, encouragement, coping tools, and practical life skills for navigating their own journeys.

Never forgetting where she comes from, Victoria remains committed to being a voice for those who have not yet discovered their own. Through her faith, leadership, and unwavering dedication to restoration, she continues to transform lives, strengthen families, and inspire communities to rise beyond their circumstances and walk boldly in purpose.
